This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Therefore, absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed. Between 10pm and 7am, the outside noise has to be kept to a minimum. Also inside noise needs to kept at a level so that it's not noticeable by the neighbors. You may only park three cars near the house, one in the driveway and two on the street in front of the house . Do not park in front of the neighbors' houses. If you arrive with more than three cars, additional cars need to be parked on Georgetown Road, app. 100 yards from the house.
